Airports set some of the strictest requirements for interior construction. Materials need certified reaction-to-fire performance, drawings are approved by the airport operator and installation happens under access restrictions, security screening and fixed working hours.

We have built stores, cafés and bars at Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos", Rhodes "Diagoras" and Zakynthos "Dionysios Solomos" airports, for brands including Gregory's, Cinnabon, Aegean and NAK.

What does fire rating mean for airport furniture?

Airports require materials with certified reaction-to-fire performance (classified to EN 13501-1). We use fire-retardant panels and finishes that meet each project's specification and supply the corresponding certificates.
